The international
journal of scientific publications Modern Engineering Technologies
was founded by the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic
Institute" (NTU "KhPI"), at M.F. Semko Department of Integrated Engineering
Technologies in 2007 (Certificate of the State Committee for Information
Policy, Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine KV

The NTU "KhPI" has been the publisher of the journal since its inception.
The publications are issued in Ukrainian, Russian, English.
The editor-in-chief of the journal is Dr. Volodymyr Oleksiyovych Fedorovich,
Professor of Engineering, Deputy Head of M.F.
Semko Department of Integrated Engineering Technologies.
The international scientific and technical journal has been rewritten and
approved as a scientific edition of technological sciences, in which
lecturers, research assistants, graduate students
and competitors for an academic degree get the opportunity to publish
scientific articles and degree work results, and the opportunity to exchange
scientific and practical information in Ukraine and abroad.
The international
scientific journal is registered in the International registration system of
serial publications issued under the standardized code ISSN 2078-7499.
An electronic copy is posted on the homepage of NTU "KhPI".
The journal
contains scientific publications by well-known scientists of Ukraine and
other countries, covering the pressing issues of integrated technologies,
cutting processes and technological quality assurance. The modern aspects of
laser technology, hardening of wear-resistant coverings, construction
ceramics processing are presented in the journal. The functional
technologies and their correlation to the integrated technologies are
described. The simulation of cutting processes and the tendencies to the
development are considered. The journal Modern Engineering Technologies
is intended for lecturers, engineers, researchers, manufacturers and
students.
