Annals of scientific article of “THE PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF TRANING NATIONAL HUMANITARIAN-TECHNICAL ELITE” was founded by the National Technical University "Kharkov Polytechnic Institute" (NTU "KhPI”) in 2003 (certificate of the state committee for information policy, television and radio broadcasting of Ukraine of KV №7762 dated 21.08.2003). The NTU "KhPI" has been the publisher of the magazine since its inception. Languages of publication are Ukrainian, Russian, English.

    The State Prize laureate of Ukraine, Doctor of pedagogic Sciences, professor A.G. Romanovskiy has been the editor-in-chief of the magazine since its inception.

    Primary objective of edition – to give possibility to publish scientific labours and articles to the teachers, research workers, graduate students and bread-winners of scientific degree, and also to spread possibilities of exchange by Scientific and practical information from philosophy, psychology, pedagogics, sociology and theory and practice of social management.
    Annals of scientific article is incorporated in the International system of registration of serial (periodic) editions under a standardizing code ISSN 2078-7812. An electronic copy takes place on a site NTU "KhPI”.
    In Annals of scientific article the articles and informative materials after such scientific directions are published: problems of forming of national administrative humanitarian-technical elite; modern philosophy of education; education and culture; pedagogical trade; sinergetica of social processes; pedagogical and pedagogical problems of forming of personality; aspects of preparation of specialists humanitarian; problems of trade education; forming of teacher of high school of ХХІ age; modern technologies of preparation of future specialists; problems of forming of political elite; theory and practice of social management; problems of forming of personality of manager of higher and middle levels.

    Annals cooperates with famous scientific schools that particularly operate in such institutes of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine as pedagogic education and adult education; G.S. Kostjuk psychology; higher education; information technology and training aids; problems of education; and also in the Institute of Software Systems of NAS of Ukraine, the M.P.
